Who we are

Open Invite ("we", "us") organizes community events in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to tickets and RSVPs for events sold or offered through openinviteto.ca.

Tickets and RSVPs

• A ticket or RSVP admits one person to the named event unless stated otherwise.
• Tickets are personal; you may transfer yours to another guest by letting us know the new attendee's name before the event.
• Event details (time, park, layout) may be adjusted for weather, permits, or safety; we'll email ticket holders about material changes.

Event conduct

• Events are open, all-ages community gatherings. Be kind; harassment of any sort means we'll ask you to leave without a refund.
• Food you bring to a shared spread must be labelled with its ingredients if it contains common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs).
• You attend at your own risk; outdoor events involve ordinary park hazards.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel an event outright, paid tickets are refunded in full. If we reschedule, your ticket carries over automatically, or you may request a refund per our refund policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
